Olutoyin is a consultant to the firm. She is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Ife and called to the Nigerian bar in 1978.

She served as a legal counsel in Agric. Credit Cooperation and Housing Corporation Oyo State. She also served as a Magistrate in the Oyo State Judiciary from 1988 to 1994. She worked at the Nigeria Ports Authority where rose to the position of Assistant General Manager, Legal Services in the Nigeria Ports Authority, Lagos,

Olutoyin is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), and Institute of Public Private Partnership (IP3).
