We also provide other company secretarial functions for Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings. We ensure that the decisions and resolutions reached are communicated to the necessary persons responsible for implementation and to ensure full compliance in line with the requisite corporate governance and corporate efficiency. Other secretarial functions include legal advice and consultation on the provisions of Companies and Allied Matters Act CAP C20, LFN 2004, Co-operatives Societies Act/Laws, and any other laws ancillary thereto.
